The Barn at 678 is a small, family-run winery in Barboursville, Virginia, just off Route 33 in Orange County and minutes from the heart of the Monticello wine region. Opened in 2022 by co-founders Ricky and Lorrie Bryant, who turned decades of experience in farming and land management to growing grapes, the vineyard reflects the agricultural and adventurous spirit of its owners. Guests can relax with a glass on the porch and choose from estate wines, tasting flights, and a rotating selection of beer, cider, and mead. The Barn hosts live music on weekend afternoons through the season, along with special celebrations such as a New Year's Eve party. Outside beverages are not permitted.
